Return Policy

Obtaining Correct Items

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to obtain the correct products.
2. When returning products, please place items in its original packaging along with the packing slip and send the package to the following address:

   Kit'n K'poodle
   Attn: Returns
   14150 Blossom Hill Road
   Los Gatos, CA 95032

   *You are responsible for postage on all returned items.

3. We will process and ship your corrected order within 2 business days upon receipt of returned item(s). We will not charge you the cost of shipping. We will deliver your corrected order via UPS Ground.

Obtaining a Refund

1. Refunds will only be granted for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. When returning products, please place items in its original packaging along with the packing slip and send the package to the address shown above. You are responsible for postage on all returned items.
3. Kit'n K'poodle will process your refund within 2 business days upon receipt of returned item(s).
4. Kit'n K'poodle will credit the credit card you used when you originally placed your order.

Shipping Policy

Kit'n K'poodle will process your order within 5 business days. We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Shipping will cost you $6.50 + $1.50 per item.

If you need your order quickly, you have the option of having your order shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional $15.00.

Kit'n K'poodle will not rent or sell any personal or credit card information to third parties. We will only use this information to process your order and for record-keeping purposes.

Kit'n K'poodle makes protecting your privacy and online order information one of its highest priorities. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), which is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.

To verify that you are in a secure site, look for one of the following:

3. the http:// normally found in your browser's address bar changes to https://. The "s" stands for secure.
